- Lobby - The lobby area is decorated in a simple but welcoming style with wooden furniture, red upholstery and many antiques.
- Location - Conveniently positioned next to one of the most beautiful theatres, after which it was named. This hotel is very close to the Piazza San Marco and to all the major tourist attractions in Venice.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is a favorite meeting place for artists and local inhabitants. It is decorated in a traditional style with coloured marble flooring, a wooden ceiling and red velvet covered chairs.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are decorated in a traditional Venetian style and the furniture is clear in design. All rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone, TV, ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.
