- Exterior - The hotel is a traditional building in keeping with the surrounding area.
- General - The hotel has been completely renovated between 1999/2000, there is a young atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and professional.(0700LF/0800SNT)
- Lobby - The lobby is very small, the front desk is on the left side on a carpeted corridor. At the entrance there is a mirrored automatic door and the dominant decor is red and white.
- Location - The exact hotel location is between Lista di Spagna and Cannaregio, coming from the railway station, at the end of Lista di Spagna there is a little street on the left. It is just 7 minutes walk from the Piazza San Marco and Rialto. The nearest Vaporetto stop is the Casino.
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor and only used for breakfast, the restaurant is furnished with modern furnishings.
- Rooms - Not very big, as the most of the hotel bedrooms in Venice, but nice and clean.
