- Exterior - Traditional 4-storey building in keeping with the surroundings .
- General - Hotel is strategically located close to the main areas of arrival/departure to/from Venice: airport, train station and car parks (no possible to take the car any further than Piazzale Roma).Generally very good property recommended for quality of structure and professionalism of staff. - Lobby - The lobby and reception area are medium in size, entirely designed to a traditional venetian style with marble floors covered by carpets.
- Location - Located in a quiet area close to Piazzale Roma, overlooking a romantic typical venetian canal, easily reachable from the train station (1 stop by boat) and from the airport (only 15 minutes by bus). It is also very close to the main parking area of Piazzale Roma.
- Restaurant - No restaurant. Breakfast room is elegantly decorated in traditional style and boosts a canal view on one side and, on the other side, a beautiful private garden with fruit trees and flowers
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and are kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. All rooms are furnished in elegant 18 century venetian style and are equipped with all the modern comforts .
