- Exterior - The hotel is a modern block, with a covered walkway leading to the front of the building.
- General - This is an extremely well appointed property, in a convenient location which offers an elegant and refined atmosphere.
- Lobby - The hotel lobby, reception and lounge areas are decorated and furnished in a modern style, the reception area has wooden panelling and a Polished marble floor, the lounge is to one side of the reception area, it is carpeted and very comfortably furnished with blue and green armchairs and settees.
- Location - The hotel is situated opposite the main railway station for Venice Mestre and the bus station is close by.
- Restaurant - It is very spacious, with a highly Polished stone floor and windows along one side. The lighting is pelmet lighting with the addition of small spot lights, with white tables and chairs.
- Rooms - The hotel bedroooms are very elegantly furnished and decorated, the furniture is modern, rooms have rich coloured carpets and light pastel colour floral upholstery.
