- Exterior - This is a modern structure with a mirrored facade and based on a network of technology infrastructures.The building is in front of its sister hotel, Laguna Palace.They are linked to eachother by a glassed and large shep.In the middle of the two buildings, there is a medium dock, the hotel's harbour.
- General - A pleasant bar,large and equipped in a very modern style,is ideal for relaxing.Conference rooms are also available.Basically the hotel offers finest way of getting the best of 2 worlds:the charm of Old Venice and the comfort of the most futuristic hospitality.
- Lobby - Lobby is large and elegantly furnished in a modern style with marbled floor and modern sitting area.Two red coloums are in front of the entrance.The reception desk and the 'futon' style sofas are dark coloured.A modern starway leads to the upper floor.All common areas are very modern,spacious and in a minimalistic style with 'anatomical' style sofas,in different coloures.
- Location - Strategic location,since the hotel can be easily reached by car from Venice Piazzale Roma,from cruise departures and by boats from Venice Island.
- Restaurant - The hotel has 3 restaurants offering delicious plates.One of the restaurants is in front of the hotel's harbour,with a glassed windows.
- Rooms - Rooms are spacious,varied in style.All furnished in a modern and elegant style.They are well refined and equipped of all modern comforts.Bathrooms respect the modern style of the hotel.
