- Exterior - It is a modern building, with a small lawn area to the front and a patio area.
- General - This is a fairly good standard hotel but in a rather less convenient location. The general ambience and quality is good. (0799/0300ym)
- Lobby - The lobby, lounge and reception areas are modern, decorated with wood panelling and Polished marble walls. The area is carpeted in a green and grey carpet. There is pelmet lighting with spot lights.
- Location - The hotel is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a predominantly residential area of mestre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is decorated and furnished in a modern style, with a marble floor and wood panelling on the walls. Just outside the restaurant there is the patio area, used as a restaurant during the summer months.
- Rooms - The hotel bedrooms are of an average size and furnished in a modern style, the decor is in pastel colours and the rooms are comfortable.
