- Location - The hotel is situated in mestre, along the salso canal where the freedom bridge across the lagoon begins.
- Restaurant - It is decorated in the same style as the lobby area with marble floors and pastel colours, with very good lighting.
- Rooms - All bedrooms are decorated in a fresh style with modern furniture, all attractively finished with private bathroom, equipped with air conditioning, mini bar, television, direct dial telephone and safety box.
