• Exterior - This yellow, modern building features green Venetian blinds and was completely renovated in 1999. It presents a beautiful terrace, adorned with flowers, which offers stunning romantic views of the lagoon and of Venice Island.
• General - This hotel is located in a strategic location for guests wishing to enjoy the beauty of Venice Island together with the tranquillity of the "Golden Island" famous for its fine beaches. Hotel has a private car park.
• Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with a marbled floor and elegant furnishings. It is adorned with plants and flowers and opens on to the breakfast room and bar which are decorated in the same modern style.
• Location - Located in the island of Lido, just opposite Venice Island, by the pier from which St Mark's Square is reachable by a 10-15 minute water bus ride, passing through some spectacular views. The water bus stop is: Lido, which is served by water bus lines (1,6,51,61). Lido is also linked by a service of ferry boats with Tronchetto (car parks) and by the Alilaguna service from the airport.
• Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant, but a beautiful breakfast room and bar with views of the lagoon on the ground floor. Breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace during the summer season.
• Rooms - Rooms are medium to large in size. They are luminous and modern in style with carpeted floors. The rooms offer satellite television, air conditioning, minibar, safe and hairdryer. Bathrooms are also in excellent condition. Many rooms present enchanting views across Venice and the lagoon during unforgettable sunsets.
