- Exterior - Built in 1905, the building is covered with polycromatic majolica tiles, which gives the building a refined appearance

- Lobby - This area is spacious and elegantly decorated with marble and glass. Both reception and other public areas are kept in very good condition.
- Location - Situated in the centre of Venice Lido, just 5 minutes away from the boat stop to st.Mark's square and 5 minutes away from the beach.

- Rooms - All the bedrooms are medium in size and very elegant in style, furnished with original pieces of "art nouveau". The bathrooms are modern in style and all with tiled floor and walls.
