Hotel Reports
- Exterior - White 4-storey building in liberty architectural style, surrounded by a small garden with plenty of flowers and plants. There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny weather or to benefit from the evening breeze from the sea.
- General - This is a nice property in a very good and quiet location with a professional and friendly staff. There are canal view rooms, superior or deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms are located on the top floor with a balcony and a stunning view of both the lagooon and the sea.
- Lobby - Few steps lead to the small but very well presented lobby. There is a nice rug on the floor and on top a rounded table with a big vase of flowers just in the middle of the room to welcome guests. On the right of the entrance there is the reception desk and on the left a small Bar luminous and bright.
- Location - Hotel is placed in a quiet residential area, close to all the amenities, just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Lido pier from which there are 10 more minutes to San Mark's square. A small typical venetian canal allows watertaxi just at the entrance of the hotel.
- Restaurant - Breakfast room is on the ground floor on the left of the Bar and on the same style with yellow tableclothes and big colourfull paintings on the walls.
- Rooms - Rooms vary in size and are tastefully decorated in modern style. They are luminous and comfortable, well equipped and in good condition. Bathrooms also are in very good condition.
