- Lobby - Medium sized with original Palladian floor,it is decorated with warm colours and old stone fireplace.Bright and large windows give a view of the Grand Canal.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the heart of Venice,overlooking the Grand Canal,between Rialto and Accademia Bridges.It is few minutes from the most important attractives:St. Mark's square,The Fenice Theatre.It is also easily access to the 'Doges' city' monuments.
- Restaurant - The hotel has only a breafkast room with large wood panels,furnished in an old style.
- Rooms - All rooms are elegantly decorated with refined details of classical venetian taste.Some rooms have balcony overlooking the Grand Canal,others have a view of the side canal or overlooked the internal garden.Baths are in Carrara style and Green marble.All rooms are equipped with all comforts and last technology
