• Exterior - Modern 7-storey building overlooking the private beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens which house 2 swimming pools and a terrace bar with solarium. There is also a wide car park.
• General - Good property very well organized to entertain its guests thanks to the hotel facilities and the well equipped private beach which offers various classes, massage sessions and the chance to benefit, under a health point of view, of the very fine sand, with its indisputable therapeutic properties towards reumatisms and the richness in iodine. • Lobby - Lobby is large and luminous with few seats and tables. Marble floors, plants and flowers and flowery fabrics give a fresh look tipical of a beach resort hotel.
• Location - Hotel overlooks the Sottomarina beach on the Adriatic Sea. Being Sottomarina a peninsula of the Venetian lagoon, it is reachable by boat from Venice. Sottomarina also borders Chioggia, the little Venice, which is linked to the mainland and it is 45 kilometres from Venice and Padua. Trains stop in Chioggia but cars run through Sottomarina itself.
• Restaurant - The restaurant is large and luminous with a big rouded table in the centre of the room, decorated with fresh flowers and permanently set up as a rich buffet differently arranged for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu offers nationl dishes and the local fish delicacies.
• Rooms - Rooms vary in size and are simply furnished using pastel colours and modern furnitures. All rooms boost a sea view and are kept, along with the bathrooms, in very good condition even if the style of the furnishings it is a bit dated. Rooms are equipped with indipendent air conditioning/heating system, minibar, safe, satellite Tv.
