- Lobby - Medium in size,it is elegantly furnished in a traditional style.There is pleasant sitting area in front of the American bar with a splendid atmosphere.All with particular care for details.
- Location - The hotel is located few minutes from St. Mark's square and all the major attractives. It overlooks the city and it is accross the Giudecca.
- Restaurant - The four restaurants offers the Mediterranean culinary tradition.The elegant,Ca' dei Frati, has a wonderful panoramic view of the lagoon.'Le Maschere' is in a Venetian style,'Gli Arazzi' has been designed as the main dining hall of the palace and 'The Giardino' is located in the garden of the hotel and gives a relaxing atmosphere.
