- Exterior - The hotel is modern in style in brown and red colors.
- General - The hotel offers a multi-function convention room fully equipped and totally soundproof, a very good organized Spa Center, open by reservation with gym, solarium, water message, Turkish bath, medical sauna and many other features. Moreover a medical staff is also on hand.
- Lobby - The reception is medium in size with wood decoration and pastel colors which give to the lobby area a nice and rustic atmosphere, large windows sofa with small flower decorations make the ambient very warm and cosy.
- Location - The hotel is located in a valley surrounded by the Martani mountains near one of the oldest sections of the Roman Flaminian Way in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
- Restaurant - Restaurant is quite large in size with menu of the Umbrian cuisine and on request, customized dietetic dishes. There is also a terrace with a splendid view where breakfast outdoors can be enjoyed.
- Rooms - The rooms with flower decorations and nice furnishing, look out over the ravishing surrounding landscape and the old Abbey of the village. They are all equipped with modern facilities, some of them for "Ladies" featuring an iron, makeup set, magnifying mirror and cosmetic products.
