- Location - - situated a short walk away from the centre of town and the train station. There is regular public transport to Assisi which is 02km away. .
- Restaurant - - the restaurant is traditional in style serving local and int'l cuisine. .
- Rooms - - the majority of the rooms are medium in size and in very good condition as are the bathrooms, all are colourfully decorated. .
