- Exterior - A newly built modern construction modern in design. .
- General - This is an excellent hotel for its category with very good services and facilities. March 1999.
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size with tiled floor & terracotta typle marble reception desk & area. It also incorporates a small loung/bar area. .
- Location - Situated in the residential area of balanzano a short drive to the centre of Perugia. .
- Restaurant - Located on the ground floor, it is light & airy with white tiling, white washed walls & pink table cloths. Serves int'l cuisine. .
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size & in very good condition. They are all modern in decor with dark carpets & dark wood furniture contrasting the pastel coloured bedlinnen & white-washed walls. .
