- General - This is a good hotel for its standard, suitable for group traffic. . sept'98
- Lobby - The lobby is small and modern in decor with a small wooden reception area. .
- Location - Situated on the side of main road which from Perugia leads to torgiano in s.Martino in campo. There is public transport from opposite the hotel directly to the centre of Perugia. .
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor serving local and int'l cuisine. .
- Rooms - 90% of the rooms are medium in size with the remainder being small. All are in good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor varies but is always simple with white-washed walls and light brown carpets. .
