- General - A brand new property located in a peaceful position and with all the comforts and facilities of a higher category. Rooms for disables and free parking for buses and cars are also available. (CC. 15/08/01).
- Lobby - The lobby and the reception area are medium in size, simply but tastefully decorated with comfortable armchairs and sofas.
- Location - The hotel is located in Cannara, few kilometres from the centre of Assisi.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is in keeping with the rest of the hote: new, comfortable and very well kept.
- Rooms - The rooms are brand new, medium in size and modern in style, with all the comforts and facilities of a higher category hotel (minibar, air conditioning, direct dial phone, satellite TV).
