- Exterior - - the exterior of this htl is traditional of Assisi architecture of the late 1800's, early 1900's made from stone brick with roof tiling. There are three arches at the entrance overlooked by two palm trees. .

- Lobby - - the lobby is medium in size incorporating a traditional lounge are with antique furniture and marble flooring. .
- Location - - situated a short walk away from the basilica with views overlooking santa maria degli angeli and the surrounding areas. .
- Restaurant - - the restaurant serves high quality int'l cuisine. It is decorated in white with large white columns giving a traditional feel. .
- Rooms - -the rooms are medium in size and in good condition as are the bathrooms .
