- Lobby - - the lobby is medium in size incorporating a lounge with antique furniture and settees as well as many smaller items such as paintings, local crafts and flora typical of the area. .
- Location - - situated directly in front of the basilica. The hotel boasts views both of the basilica and the surrounding countryside below the city of Assisi. .
- Restaurant - - the restaurant offers Italian & int'l cuisine. During the summer it opens onto a terrazza so clients can enjoy their meals in the open. .
- Rooms - - all the rooms and bathrooms are medium in size and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. They are decorated in traditional style with oakwood furniture and ornate headboards. .
