- Exterior - The building is the largest first class hotel in the whole umbria region. The facade blends touches of modernity and of the typical style of the area using large bricks. The hotel has a garage and a large parking area.

- Lobby - Large and bright with a marble floor. It also includes a seating area with green armchairs and coffee tables in light wood.
- Location - Situated on the subasio mountain in a beautiful panoramic position at 500 meters altitude and just next to the city walls of Assisi.
- Restaurant - Large room with a light marble floor it has a panoramic terrace. The restaurant offers all the typical dishes and the renowned d.O.C wines of the Umbria region.
- Rooms - All medium in size. The style is a blend of new and traditional furnishedin light colours and wood.
