- Location - -situated in the centre of Assisi a short walk from the basilica of san Francesco. From the back of the hotel magnificent views can be seen of all the surrounding countryside. .
- Restaurant - - this excellent standard restaurant offers local & int'l cuisine. .
- Rooms - - all rooms are medium in size and in good condition as are the bathrooms the decor varies but is always traditional. .
