- Exterior - The hotel is traditional in style and the design is typical of Assisi. No major renovations have or can be made to the exterior of the hotel as it is not permitted to alter any building in the centre of the city. .
- General - This hotel is an excellent standard for its category and offers the opportunity to live in a property typical of Assisi. Jan '98
- Lobby - The lobby is small and traditional. Adjacent is a lounge area which again is very traditional in style with decor typical of the area and with a panoramic view. .
- Location - Situated in the centre of Assisi a short walk from the basilica of san Francesco. From the back of the hotel magnificent views can be seen of all the surrounding countryside and the valley below. .
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and in good condition as it the bathroom. Again the decor is very traditional with dark wooden furniture throughout.
