- Exterior - The building is traditional in style and in keeping with the surrounding area.
- General - A good hotel in convenient location. (C.C. 22/08/01).
- Lobby - The lobby is small, simply but tastefully decorated like the rest of the reception area.
- Location - The hotel is located right in front of one of the main entrances of Assisi, a short walk from the Basilica.

- Rooms - The rooms are small, but in good conditions as are the bathrooms.
