- Exterior - A modern rectangular light brick building the colour of which is typical of central Assisi. .
- General - This hotel is new and, therefore, in excellent condition throughout, it is basically but pleasantly decorated & offers an excellent alternative to hotels in the centre of Assisi. ( 26.02.03)
- Lobby - Medium in size and incorporates a seating/ tv area with a dark wood reception desk contrasting with the pale green curtains, armchairs & walls. The pale green theme is carried on throughout the hotel. .
- Location - Situated in a quiet residential area just behind the main square from where public buses can be taken to the centre of Assisi which is a five minute journey away. .
- Restaurant - Serves excellent quality local specialities with an added int'l menu.
- Rooms - All the rooms are large and in very good condition with wooden floorboards and fittings. Bathrooms are also in excellent condition.
