- Exterior - An historical building, dated XIV century, finely restructed with 2 independent entries.
- General - An excellent historical property fully refurbished in the year 2000. A parking area with several levels and a large private garden over the roof are also available.(CC. 23/05/01)
- Lobby - The wooden reception desk is small in size, but the lobby area is big, historical in style and finely decorated with frescos on the ceiling and a marble floor.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located, close to Piazza del Campo and the Duomo.

- Rooms - The rooms, simply but tastefully decorated with stylish furnishings and a wooden floor, are equipped with all the comforts of a hotel of this category such as television, direct dial phoneline and balconies with panoramic views.
