- Exterior - A low level modern structure. .
- General - Jan '98
- Lobby - Of medium size incorporating a small seating area furbished with modern armchairs and settees upholstered in pastel shapes & adorned with flags of the various teams which take part in the City's famous palio event. The reception area is furnished in light wood. .
- Location - Situated in the chianti countryside in a residential area of the town right next to the university congress centre. There is regular public transport to both the City centre and the main railway station. .
- Restaurant - Serves an excellent standard of local and int'l cuisine.
- Rooms - All rooms are large and in very good condition & modern in style with light wood furniture and white washed walls. Decor and colour scheme varies but always bright and tasteful. .
