- Exterior - A low level modern white concrete stone structure with ample Parking facilities immediately outside the hotel. .
- General - . 18jan1999.
- Lobby - The lobby is large, spacious with its large windows giving plenty of natural light. It is modern in design & incorporates seating areas and leads directly onto a bar/cafe area. .
- Location - Situated in the chianti countryside next to the university congress centre & the Executive hotel. There is regular public transport from directly outside the hotel to the City centre & the City's main railway station. .
- Restaurant - Specializes in local and international cuisine.
- Rooms - The majority of the rooms are medium in size with only 05 being small. All are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor varies slightly but always modern with tiled flooring and light colous throughout from the colour of the walls to the bedlinnen which blend with the wood furniture. .
