- Exterior - It is a modern structure which is in need of some rennovation as far as the internal decor goes, although the facilites provided are all of a perfectly adequate standard.
- General - General- fine 4 Star hotel which is perfectly acceptable for all markets, especially suitable for those people travelling on a low budget.
- Lobby - Reception-the lobby area is medium-sized and leads up to an American bar.
- Location - This hotel is situated in an industrial area of Florence, approximately 30 minutes from the City centre.
- Restaurant - Restaurant is situated on the ground floor and is quite basic in design. Nevertheless, it is clean, functional and serves fine international and local Italian cuisine.
- Rooms - Bedrooms are of average size and are all air-conditioned, and despite needing a fresh look in some cases, are well-appointed.
