- Location - The hotel is centrally located, just 150 metres from the leaning tower.

- Rooms - The rooms are tidy, modern in style and medium in size. Most of them enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Telephone, satellite television and air conditioning are among the facilities of the rooms.
