- Exterior - The hotel consists of twelve accommodation blocks and a main reception area with restaurant annex.
- General - The main attraction of this hotel is its countryside location and peaceful atmosphere. It is the only hotel in Pisa with an outdoor swimmimng pool.(MZ 15.04.02)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with wooden reception desk and opposite a spaciuos sitting areas with sofas and armchairs.
- Location - The hotel is situated in its own Parkland, surrounded by greenery, shrubs and plants and is approximately one mile from the City centre. There is regular public transport to both the main railway station and the leaning tower.
- Restaurant - The restaurant "Da Sergio" is among the most known in the whole Tuscany thanks to its brilliant chef Sergio. Clients can taste local and Italian cuisine along with international dishes. Atmosphere is rather refined.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size, simple in furniture. Pastel decor for walls and carpets on floors.Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, , TV , direct dial phone and minibar.Bathrooms are in fair condition, most rooms with shower.
