- Exterior - well maintained builiding which is in the traditional italian palazzo style - it blends in well with the surrounding buildings. a couple of large potted plants guard the entrance. it is important to point out that the hotel has an annexe which is situated immediately next door.
- General - nice family run hotel with a great location. MAR 2000
- Lobby - medium in size there is ample seating provided. well furnished the lobby is dominated by the reception desk which is manned by active and friendly staff
- Location - centre of montecatini ideal for easy and quick access to either the springs or the main shopping street or even the main park.
- Restaurant - the restaurant is dominated by a large white grand piano. there are many potted plants in evidence and the room is brightly lit. restaurant serves both international and italian cuisine.
- Rooms - rooms are spacious but, do nevertheless vary in size. all rooms contain television and all modern comforts expected to be found in a hotel of this category.
