- General - A good superior tourist to First class product, recently refurbished. 10/08/98
- Lobby - The lobby is small and pleasantly furnished in warm tones.
- Location - The Minerva Palace is located in the centre 3 mins from local line station, 25 mins from main line station, not far from 'thermal' Park.
- Restaurant - This is located on the ground floor at the rear of the building, is simple with pleasant furnishings and good food.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size but are mainly medium and are kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are well furnished with modern furniture and floral upholstery.
