- Exterior - The building is like an Italian, tuscan villa, with shuttered windows and a patio to the front. A large Garden is at the rear.
- General - This is a most agreeable property, well run, like a family home. 10/08/98
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, well furbished and leads onto lounge area. It is bright and clean.
- Location - This hotel is located at the top end of 'thermal' Park, 10 mins walk from local line station and 30 mins from main line station.
- Restaurant - The restaurant has high ceilings, chandeliers and excellent cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are furbished to a high standard with good decor.
