- Exterior - This hotel has a neat and tidy facade in a traditional "Palazzo" Italian style.
- General - A garage service is available should guests wish to rent a car. 0800DM/0900ZS
- Lobby - The lobby is small but big enough for around twenty-five people to check in.
- Location - The hotel is situated five hundred metres from the main railway station and ten minutes walk from the Duomo and all major attractions.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and can seat around forty guests. It only opens for small groups requesting half board.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size and in very good condition. The bathrooms are in good condition.
