- Lobby - The lobby is very airy and spacious, with marble flooring throughout. It is decorated with many pictures showing various views of Florence.
- Location - The hotel is located in a suburb of the city, near to the main hospital. It is a few minutes drive from the city centre by taxi.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located near to the lobby area and again is very simply decorated and furnished.
- Rooms - All the rooms are the same standard, very basically decorated with simple furnishings.
