- Lobby - The lobby is small, brightly decorated, clean and airy with modern furnishings.
- Location - The hotel is located only a few minutes walk away from the famous Square and Church of Santa Croce. The church is famous for previously housing Giottos Wooden Cross, before it was severely damaged in the flood of 1966 when the Arno river burst its banks. (Many hotels in Florence still indicate at which level the water rose to during the great flood.) The hotel is ideal for those guests with a car, as it is situated on a fairly busy ring road that provides quick and easy access to the north of the city or to the main motorway to Bologna.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor with modern furnishings and good bright decor.
- Rooms - The rooms and bathrooms are kept in good condition and are modern and clean, with bright and modern furnishings.
