Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This is a modern five storey building, on a busy shopping street. The ground floor is owned by boutiques and retailers and the entrance to the hotel is deceptively small. Once inside the hotel is actually a very good standard hotel.
- General - The hotel is very good quality for its category and enjoys a good location.
- Lobby - Lobby is very small, with wooden check in desk and fitted blue carpet.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located, right next to the main railway station Santa Maria Novella. If travelling by train, guests should take the right exit from the platform and the hotel can be found directly opposite.
- Restaurant - An excellent buffet breakfast is served in the La Pergola breakfast room, while the Acquarium cocktail lounge is at disposal for total relaxation.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size but are mainly medium in size and are kept in good condition, as are the bathrooms.
