- Exterior - This is a modern style building. The facade is well kept with a stained glass door. An intercom system is in place to secure the guest's safety.
- General - This is a clean good quality superior property which is in an ideal location for quick and easy access to all of Florence's major attractions. 0800 DM/0900ZS
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and the hotel generally has a homely atmosphere.
- Location - The residence is situated close to the main railway station and within walking distance of all major attractions. It is on a fairly quiet street just off a busy main road.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant available. Due to the fact that this is a residence, there aren't proper hotel services.
