- Exterior - The hotel was completely renovated and is modern in design.
- General - 0201 PC.
- Lobby - The lobby area is small and simply furnished. The furnishings are very modern and in a good condition but fairly basic.
- Location - The hotel is situated fifteen to twenty minutes from the city centre, in a quiet residential area in the north of Florence.
- Restaurant - Only breakfast room is available and it is medium in size.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and are equipped with simple modern furniture.
