- Exterior - This hotel is a typical modern tower block hotel built in the early 1970's.
- General - This hotel is mainly suitable for travellers travelling on medium budget. 0800DM/0900ZS
- Lobby - The lobby area is very large and decorated with green wallpaper and basic 70's furniture.
- Location - The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city in the north of Florence in a quiet residential area approximately twenty minutes away by coach or taxi.
- Restaurant - The restaurant though fairly large again is in need of redecoration and updating, though the cuisine served in this hotel is of a very high standard.
- Rooms - The rooms are basic, again with a modern 70's decor and are in need of updating. There is an extension housing approximately twenty five rooms. These rooms are better decorated and furnished but they are only used for individual clientele.
