- Exterior - The hotel is a modern white building which has green shutters which add to the personality of the hotel's exterior.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is small with traditional wooden reception area and also incorporates two small seating areas where clients often sit and relax. The whole lobby has white marble flooring.
- Location - The Majestic hotel is very centrally located next to the main square and the thermal baths for which chianciano is reknown.
- Restaurant - Breakfast is taken in a small modern room decorated with light wooden furniture and white walls whilst the restaurant is more traditional in design with white marble floor, hanging chandeliers and plenty of plants and flowers. April1998
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size but are generally medium and are in good condition as are the bathrooms. All are decorated in a traditional style with soft colours and antique furniture.
