- Exterior - A moderately high rise building with a big private parking area.
- General - There is a large pool surrounded by a well kept park. A very good hotel in an ideal location for quick and easy access to the centre of Florence and the Tuscan countryside. April 2000.
- Lobby - The lobby is spacious modern in style, furnishing and decor - very welcoming.
- Location - The First hotel is located 2 minutes from the main motorway to Florence, it takes about 35 minutes to reach the city centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is pleasantly appointed with very high standard italian and international cuisine. It serves pasta, meat, fish and pizzas from 12:30 to 14:30 and 19:30 to 22:00 - 400 seats
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size although some rooms are larger than others. Rooms are in good condition, all contain private facilities and are very modern in appearance.
