- Exterior - A low rise modern building with good size car Park to the fore.
- General - This is a good 'group' hotel well known in the market. 04/08/98.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and modern in style but decor and furniture are now dated.
- Location - The Delta hotel is located with easy access to the main carriageway into florence.
- Restaurant - Ground floor restaurant is a la carte - groups on lower ground floor. Both are modern in style but decor and furniture are now dated.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size but are mainly small and kept in fair condition along with bathrooms. Many rooms have been refurbished with good work on the bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable and fairly well appointed.
