- Exterior - - a modern purpose built rectangular structure. .
- General - - hotel has a perfect position, and many rooms also have views of the surrounding hills. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for its category. .april'98
- Lobby - - the large sized lobby is very modern in both design and decor with shiny tiled flooring and low dark armchairs. The lobby incorporates a lounge / bar area and leads into the breakfast room. .
- Location - - situated in the centre of Bolzano, a very short walk to both the main square and the main railway station. .
- Restaurant - - the 'Alpi grill' restaurant serves southtirolean & local dishes. .
- Rooms - - the majority of rooms are large and all are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor varies but mainly using light colours contrasting with light wooden furniture. .
