- Exterior - A modern building of plain design. .

- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with a Polished marble floor and is decorated in a 1970's style with pale blue sofas and wood pannelled walls. .
- Location - A two minute drive to the City centre and main shopping area. Public transport is available from directly outside the hotel to all parts of the City. .
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor all meals are taken here. Serves Italian and international cuisine.
- Rooms - The majority of the rooms are of medium size with 5% being large in size. The hotel is renovating all the rooms when time permits and at the moment 15% have been fully renovated and are in exceptional condition, the other 85% are in good condition and are awaiting renovation. Decor is typical of the forte chain. .
