- Exterior - An old Italian villa, cream coloured with dark green shutter windows. Hotel is now in need of urgent renovation work. .

- Lobby - The lobby is large and traditional in decor with Polished wood furniture , floral sofas and marble brown floor. .
- Location - Situated a five minute drive from the City centre. Regular public transport is available nearby the hotel directly to the centre. .
- Restaurant - Also tradtional in style with hanging chandeliers, sculptured ceiling and a marble floor. Serves Italian cuisine. . 07feb'96
- Rooms - All the rooms are of medium size and in poor condition desperately needing some refurbishment. Bathrooms are in fair condition. .
