- Exterior - A highly prominant tower block of modern design. .
- General - Has all the requisite facilities for both the business & tourist traveller & boasts a panoramic rooftop swimmingpool & a variety of bar/lounge areas.august 2001.
- Lobby - The lobby area is large, open planned with dark grey marble tiled floor. It incorporates a lounge/bar area which is spacious and modern in design .
- Location - Situated a five minute drive from the heart of Palermo on the coastal road overlooking the sea with stunning views of the surrounding mountains & sea .
- Restaurant - Located on the top floor with wonderful views of the bay serving local and int'l cuisine. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor and is spacious and modern. .
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and in good condition as are the bathrooms. Subtly decorated in beige/light colours and mediterranean designs. .
