- Exterior - A modern, rectangular building with stone walls. Hotel is six stories high .
- General - This is a good hotel with an excellent location. (24/10 lp)
- Lobby - The lobby is of medium size. The decor is modern and pleasantly furnished.
- Location - Centrally located, directly in front of the harbour and within easy walking distance of the City's main shopping area and many of its tourist attractions such as the opera house 'politeama garibaldi'. Public transport from directly outside the hotel can be taken to all parts of the City. .
- Restaurant - Situated on the top floor of the hotel, overlooking the sea with stunning views of the waterfront. .
- Rooms - All rooms are in good conditions and of medium to large size. The deco is modern and functional. The bathrooms are in good conditions and of medium size.
