- Exterior - 9-floor modern building.From 7th to the 9th floor, rooms have balconies.Lower floors have just full windows.
- General - There is not a parking space but hotel has an agreement with a nearby private parking lot.AD 09/01
- Lobby - Medium sized, grey marble floor, carefully decorated in a modern style. It is an open space that includes many lounges spaces, with sofas, armchairs and coffe-tables, plants and flowers. A big glass-wall welcomes you at the entrance. Bar offers you drinks from early morning until midnight.There are two lifts for clients.
- Location - The hotel is located on one of the most admired place of Palermo's down town , it is also near to the seaport and to the bus station that links the city to the airport and to the beach of Mondello.
- Restaurant - Medium sized, very bright and cosy, it is located on the ground floor. The walls are decorated with wooden-panels, on the lowest part and pale yellow painted on the top part. Windows are shaded by white light curtains.The atmosphere is delicately inviting.
- Rooms - Large sized, they are elegantly furnished in a classic style and brown carpeted. Walls are of a pale yellow colour. Curtains and bedspsreads are well co-ordinated in a dark red colour. Pictures on the walls and soft light lampes give the finishing toucht to the refined atmosphere.Available non smoking rooms.
